In order to effectively promote my immersive experience project, I plan to utilise animated posters to visually capture the essence of the installation. Additionally, I will engage in social media campaigns to generate interest and awareness. Furthermore, I aim to collaborate with various charities to secure funding and further develop my project.

I plan to promote my immersive experience project by using animated posters and social media campaigns to connect with my desired audience. The animated posters will give participants a visual sneak peek of what they can expect from the installation. They are designed to be dynamic and captivating. I will share these posters on different social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to reach and engage with as many people as possible.

I plan to develop a range of teaser videos, behind-the-scenes content, and interactive posts to engage the audience and build excitement for the social media campaigns. By incorporating hashtags and partnering with influencers and prominent individuals in the immersive experience and mental health communities, we can greatly expand the reach and effectiveness of the campaign.

I plan working with artists, designers, and mental health advocates who can bring their own unique perspectives and authenticity to the project. In addition, collaborating with mental health organisations and film enthusiasts will foster a supportive and involved community around the project. This will help the project connect with a broader audience and spark meaningful conversations about anhedonia and film spectatorship.
When it comes to creating videos, I love starting with the concept. I brainstorm ideas and outline the key elements using a mental storyboard. Once I dive into After Effects, I set up the project with the right composition settings and bring in all the assets like video clips, images, and audio files. I use various tools like keyframing, effects, masks, and text animation to bring the project to life, creating smooth transitions and a consistent visual style. Before rendering the final output, I sync the audio, fine-tune the animations, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the video flows perfectly.
For posters, my process starts with brainstorming ideas and then opening Photoshop to create a new canvas with the right size and resolution. Designing the layout involves adding backgrounds and textures to make it visually appealing. I incorporate images and graphics using layer masks, adjustment layers, and blending modes. I arrange the text to be easy to read and understand, paying attention to the font, size, spacing, and alignment to make sure it looks good. I also use layer styles to make it stand out. Applying effects and filters helps enhance the design, giving it depth and dimension. After that, I review the poster and make any necessary final adjustments.
In both video and poster creation, it’s all about bringing ideas to life and making sure everything looks and feels just right.
